Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times (from dispatch)

• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
• European Union: 4–5 working days
• Rest of world: 5–7 working days

Delivery cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Customs and import duties
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
